Hi everyone We wanted to create a thread to see if we could get some feedback from all of you on how we can improve the forum. Is there anything we can do to improve the site? Anything that you would like to see or not see? We'd like to get some more traffic to the site and encourage people to not only sign up, but join us in the threads! So what would keep you coming back to us? Obviously, as we are still on proboards, we are slightly limited to what we can do, but we will try our best to improve anything that you feel needs it. There's not much I would change really, but for people who are new to Chi ownership perhaps a Help & Advice section seperate to the boards - with photos and short articles on some aspects of Chihuahua ownership - how to find a good breeder, options on what to feed, what you need for your Chi. It doesn't have to be anything too long-winded, but it might be a nice thing for the inexperienced - plus might draw more people on to the boards?

We do have a few stickied threads in certain sections, such as the "Are you considering buying a puppy thread" which has lots of tips on what you should be looking for, finding the right breeder and what to ask.
We will definitely consider the help and advice board though and use that as a place to put all the articles! I really like that idea! Oh and a puppy thread ;D

I am on other forums, and they all have a user control panel, where when you click on it, you see all the threads you have subscribed too, e.i. the ones you have started and posted in. Also it's kinda hard to search. I can go to a user profile and find their last 50 posts, but I still won't find the one I want. Other forums you can search easier by typing keywords, and you can type in a member's name to find only the threads they've posted, or the posts they've made with that keyword. Not sure if those things would be possible on proboards, but they would make things a lot easier for me, so I thought I'd post them! |

Codi if you go to your profile you can see refuting you've done default shows last 10 threads.
Unfortunately we are limited with settings due to being hosted on pro boards there may come a time in the future where repurchase software but it's not going to happen in the forseeable future

The limitations are kind of annoying, I agree, but I guess it could be worse as we could hafta pay for it lol!
