It's very irresponsible, and makes me angry too... Especially cuz most those pups won't be spayed/neutered, and they'll just keep passing it on.. 
Yeah, Obviously I'll just see how it goes. I will keep an eye on her and see if I ever notice her acting like it hurts her at all or favoring it. I do feel it pop in and out or shift sometimes if I move her sometimes. So I know it's not a 4, cuz it can go in and out, even tho the vet said it was prolly the worst grade, since it's always out. But from what I haev read, with a grade 4 you can't can pop it back in place. So.. yeah. My poor girl tho, to have this so dang young!
How does her body look in the video? Vet says she is "perfect" that if she loses any, she will be too thin, but she is just perfect right now. A video might be easier to see how she looks rather than a picture..
And even though you can't see Bella too much, how does she look? I know she is a lil bow legged too, and very straight legged and prolly doesn't have perfect movement, but is she as bad as Izzie? She is now insured though, so if anything happens to her, we are prepared, somewhat. Too bad insurance wouldn't work for Izz..
