I've posted this on our HeyChihuahua page but just wanted to say to people with other chi owners on their facebook, if you can, please share this page. Its not that we want new members (although that would be nice lol) but we need to spread the knowledge of this because there are far too many people keeping intact bitches and dogs for the wrong reasons!

I know of quite a few people it has happened to and always best to be aware............so maybe more common than we think but all the ones I know of got their bitches to the vets in time - or maybe those that did not have not shared the experience?? Brilliant thread anyways!!

Possibly Pauline it really does worry me to death I ha daisy spayed at 6 months for this reason! I'm on edge about lotus there has to br some way of preventing it

All my fur kids have been fixed. It's sad that some don't care of what risks it cost the dog...as long as they line their pockets with cash. I will past this info. on as well.
