Sometimes I really hate going days out with Cici, not because of her, because of people! It was my day off so we had a day out. Some people can jst be so annoying, I mean I'm sitting eating food outside a cafe (don't know bout yous bt Cici gets protective over my food, she thinks people are going to steal it lol) and people kept coming up to me to see her while i was trying to have lunch, and I would tell them to keep away because I couldnt be botherd with Cici getting annoyed. Then we were walking and this women had like a 3 year old boy, he ran to Cici with his hands out going to grab her :S and his mother goes "those dogs don't like little boys and girls better stay away" felt like saying well would you like a randomn person running to you going to pick you up!!. I know people are curious, bt the way I think of it is, you wouldnt walk up to a huge rottweiller or whatever and start clapping it's face etc, so why do it to a randum chihuahua? there still dogs, just because there small and cute doesn't make it right lol if yous get me. Oh and today I also got the dreaded question " how much was she?" I said "Idon't like to say" then my gran jamp in and told them, it's like she likes to brag :S I shouted at her though, don't like people knowing the price of her, all I got from the women was "ohhh ahhh bla bla bla"
Sorry for all the ranting :L I know people are curious etc but still it gets annoying after a while you know!

Depends on the dog - Mouse will let anybody fuss and stroke him and he is so friendly whereas Maria (his dam) .......................would bite their hands off (not really but she maybe would snarl). Mouse is currently been taken round Weymouth whilst the girls visit my Mum so he is the best chihuahua ambassador but it is a tough one. I would just say they are priceless!!

London 12 - Yea I know it depends on the dog, I'm not meaning that though, whether the dog is the nicest ever and would get on with any randomer or very wary and scared or whatever, I still don't think randum people should just walk up to us and start pettiing and trying to pick up our dogs, it's just rude, like i said there still dogs whither big or small and everyone should be cautious lilanddot - hahaha that's hilarious I should have tried that one! lol Glad you agree with me! ohh I hate when people try and pick Cici up. I remember once when Cici was around 3 months, I took her into a petstore and the women who owned it asked to hold Cici, I said no I wouldn't feel comfortable with that as she is still young and obviously I didn't even know her, she then went on to say "It's ok I've held more dogs than you have had hot dinners" and continued to take Cici from me, I was so angry

I totally agree, people can be pains in the ass! I just zoom past sometimes if i see a kid running up as if they want to play with my dogs.LOL I dont care how rude i look. Sometimes i will stop if they seem calm and i tell them to just put their hand down to let the pups sniff them first. One time (at band camp) hahahaha!! we were in Pets at home and this handicapped guy as in mentally dont know how else to say that, sorry. He just put his hands out so i would pass him Dillon, i let him hold him but i was nervous about it but bless i couldnt say no. He was so happy and giving Dilly kisses, it was sweet. He was actually more gentle than anyone else anyhow and didnt see him as a bloomin cuddly toy. lol So yeah there are times i am cool about it, but i am always very careful ,and it's on my terms.
Lol Michele, that's hilarious!
