Oh thats sucks  I've not ordered from there yet but never had to pay any taxes for any international items *touch wood*. I hope they give you a refund or some other sort of compensation |

Lucy, we got the airflex on, yes. Fit her head/neck, but JUST a little too tiny for her barrel chest. She's a miniature bulldog, I swear.
They are sending us a new S for free, via the postal service so I don't get charged again. Sold the XS to a family member who just got a 4.3lb lady-chi!

Brody has that barrel chest too Kelly. It's hard to fit him. If it fits his chest, it really gaps at the neck. |

That's the only thing I don't like about the ipuppyone's, the neck on the xtra small seems really big imo, even on the smallest setting it's still a little too big for Roo whose neck is 7 inches, well, maybe a tiny bit under. I think the neck is made more for an 8 inch neck as the XS fits Pip perfectly. The XS fits Roo perfectly everywhere but the neck, frustrating. I have the same problem with Puppia's, even on Pip the neck seems too big.
