I think with lotus her coat helps loads she has a a tiny neck (maybe 7.5 can't remember) but with all thatfur it helps

For whatever reason the XS fits all of mine, too, with the adjustable neck. Leah is ... "burly" for lack of a better word, though. Oakley its maybe slightly loose on but not so bad I don't want to use it.
