It sounds like some sort of bite there's loads of bees wasps and flying ants around here ATM so I wouldn't be surprised if it was that. Honestly I think you've done the right thing see how she is this morning it may have gone down if not go tothe vet. The piraton should of helped xx

Get a teabag, soak it in hot water as you would for making a cup of tea, let it cool til its just warm and then use that to bathe her eye. Rub over it (inside corner to outside) gently a few times and do this as many times through the day as you can, but at least 3.

I have a horse who gets awful puffy, infected eyes in the summer and I do this for her. Usually clears it up within 24 hours

Thank you every one for your replies I was in major panic mode last night haha she sat there crying was so sad had to wrap her in a blanket to stop her scratching at it.
She opened it a tiny bit this morning and I gave her some more piriton and tried Jess' tea bag trick, then i had to pop into work for a few hours. Came home and its open ish there was some funky yellow crap around it so just cleaned it and put another tea bag on it. She's still holding it closed a little but I think she's fine I will just keep a eye on it. I'm so glad I didn't call the vet haha I think it would of coat me a fortune.

Oh, poor little sausage!!! Glad its looking better, just keep bathing it with a tea bag every few hours while you're home and im sure it'll be back to normal in no time
