I have no experience with weight loss however I did learn something important from Tracy which was to not rely TOO much on the scales but instead watch her body shape.
Really, really good luck to you. Its not easy to "deny" our pets food. All 3 of mine act like scavengers like I don't ever feed them lol! I bet you'll start seeing a difference soon! x

Amy do you have a pets at home near you?? They have scales there get her weighed!! Remember go by body condition she should have a defined waist and a good tuck! The other reason I say go by body condition is raw fed dogs (and although yours aren't PmR they have a rawish diet) tend to be muscly rather than pudgy so she maybe heavier but will looktrimmer - remember muscle weighs more than fat you want to be ableto feel her ribs but not see them as she's a longcoat you need to see when ses wet I got a shock wen daisy was bathed the other day she's too thin!! Good look and were here to support you xxx

Ignore her mine sniff around 24/7 for food my mum feels so bad for them I don't I think they are greedy!!
Up her exercise too as it's nice out now she can do a good hour or so walk a day it will help speed it up!! Get her going up slight hills as it will build the muscles in her back legs and support her Lp!!
If you're not yet and I can't remember get her on fish oils as they support joints and glucosamine it really does help! Also if you can stomach it and have a halal shop or an old fashioned butcher get some chicken feet for her one is a meal they are a good dental work out and full of glucosamine!!

Same thing Sarah said, ignore her if she acts like she's hungry haha Sounds mean but thats what I have to do. Chaos will literally CRY for food if he hears or smells it, even after he's just been fed! Edited to add incase anyone thinks I'm not feeding enough, I am feeding more than he actually should have daily because im trying to get weight on him. He's just a greedy piggy like the others lol
