I was wondering about weaning pups onto raw in that they will probably grow slower right from the start?? I feel like that would be better for their bones and development tho in that it gives things time to syncronize and harmonize?

I love the grinds!! Mine get rmb 3-4 meals per week and the rest of the time they get pre made. Occasionally they get ziwi if I've forgot to get some out of the freezer.
If the vet or anyone offer them a treat that isn't a natural treat they refuse to eat it now haha

Well Trigger and Laurel will eat anything, but the other 4 refuse to eat anything that isn't natural haha.

Brody half heartedly ate a milk bone he got at the bank drive thru the other day and ooooooooooohhhhhhhh his poop was soooooooooooo gross! HUGE! I couldn't believe it. He only ate it because I was going to take it away when he wasn't eating it. ha ha.
He's not much on treats either, but I found Dr. Beckers liver treats and he loves them. They are 100% cooked beef liver and they are like pringles chips. Very, very thin and crispy. He LOVESSSSSSS them.
Yeah, I'd wean a litter to raw. They WILL grow slower and I think that's better. You also don't get the puppy uglies where the rear is higher than the front, etc. or they look all out of proportion. They will reach their genetically predetermined height/weight, it will just be slower and steadier than any kibble fed littermates.
