Jerry votes leave him alone! Would it be possible to have him xrayed later on to determine the knee issues? (long after Pet insurance has him covered). If he was misdiagnosed with LP, you may want to stud him out later... Therese we had x-rays done but x-rays are 'inconclusive' when it comes to grade 1's...b'c the knee cap basically is never out and there are no boney abnormalities. His bones all are normal and there is no twisting or malformation. He has been insured since he first came home so his knees have long been covered but I deffo wouldn't do surgery for a grade 1 in one knee,

certainly NOT! I just didn't know if this LP issue had hit his health record in case surgery is indicated far in the future...

Yeah it was 'his' vet that diagnosed the grade 1, she was very very rough when she did the exam UGH. I had him checked by 2 other vets both who said he was fine but I'm just nerved up still by the 1st vet...I prob am worrying too much but since I don't really want to use him I guess I just said ah, well...and moved on w/ things.
