I don't think it looks weird... It just looks like you trimmed a little more than normal if you were doing a "sanitary trim".

oh poor guy!
those hurt.
Doc had it happen to him last year. it looked like a giant pimple. the vet had cut it open and drained it.
his looks like it is healing really nicely. Docs took like 4 days to start to heal.
