Could it be ring worm? I can't see the pic v clearly. Get some antifungal cream from boots and slap it on... If it's ring worm it's contagious!!!!!'

Has he been playing rough w/ any of your others? Sometimes girls will go right for the weenie area on boys if the boy is getting out of line, and if their teeth grazed or punctured his skin it could be that? The one thing I have to say for RC (don't hit me Sarah) is the dogs on it have some of the best coats. I know it works well for Tabitha & Jerry as well

I'm still hopeful to find a better food for mine. Problem is my allergies to a lot of the "natural" stuff they put in the high quality foods. I open a bag and my sinuses start to swell Their coats look great because I am putting remoisturizer on them after each bath

Louise, that looks like a staph infection. Piper used to get them all the time. She was very very sensitive to shampoos, new foods or treats, grass, etc. She got a staph infection (pruritis) after every single show because of the chalk I had to use. We had her on cephalexin (antibiotic) routinely.
I don't know about Tabitha's spot Therese. It doesn't look like a staph infection to me since there is just one little area. Staph usually shows up as a rash and then they get little pustules/pimples and they pop and scab over and itch.

RC seems to grow coat on them tho, lol. Its definitely not the worst food and at least it has some meat in it. Its really popular amongst chihuahua breeders here in the states. Obviously the same thing does not work for everyone and never will though! Leah is doing way better on Ziwipeak than she ever did on raw. I am not sure what it was in the raw diet I was feeding her but she wasn't thriving on it. But then you have the polar opposite of Bryc o where you put him on Ziwi and he starts tear staining and getting soft stools lol. Kimber is doing just find on a kibbled food. So, the same thing does not work for everyone adn you have to take into account what someone is capable of handling too, like if there are allergies to a food like Therese has or if they don't want to be whacking up meat regularly. I know that I have observed that most raw fed dogs do not have as full of a coat as their kibble fed counterparts. I've talked w/ a bunch of people at shows and I can almost pick out the raw fed dogs now, no matter the breed. They often look healthier, younger and leaner, but their coats aren't as good! So it is a trade off, for sure.
