Yes I think so. Lotus has never had plaque until she had her babies so I got it and have been spraying twice a day for 5 days then I started brushing with toothpaste and added in hydrogen peroxide today.. She didn't have much but it was enough for me to freak out as her gumline had gone red.. A week later she has no plaque... Honestly I don't think there is need for a dental... You just have to keep doing it. Lotus is a total madam she thrashes about and kicks off but I just keep trying (I'm not the most patient of people btw) and we are fine now she just deals with she's not happy but tough shit I don't like plaque. With regularly chewing of complicated bones daily brushing and spraying I think it will go easily give it a month

Hahaha bring them down lol they were bad for my dogs her and daisy have really good clean teeth.
I use the CET enzyme toothpaste for dogs and dipped in hydrogen peroxide (as of today lol) coz it foams up under the Gums. It's not easy though you just have to keep thinking you don't wanna pay for a dental or put the under lol!!!
Mine eat mainly pre mades which is why I'm cleaning now coz before the chunks and all the bones kept them Wonderful

Ive always used a human metal nail file for years on my dogs and use the edge (never the curved end) to flick downwards at the gumline and lift off the plaque, being careful not to use too much presure and scrach the enamal. I aso brush using the enzyme toothpastes. My vet was amazed that my Whippet who is 10 has teeth of a youngster and he wont chew on bones etc just has me to clean them for him.
