Heather - also, I think that price on Amazon might be after the increase. I believe it was 119.00 from that seller before for the 11 lb bag. They are selling it at the below link for 107.50 for the 11 lb bag, however, it says they are updating their pricing so not sure what they'll be charging. UGH! That's really a HUGE price increase to an already expensive food.
We have the same issue you do, Heather - meat is EXTREMELY expensive here. I also cannot get organs reliably.

Well, as you know, I do not have a choice. A sick dog, hundreds of dollars in vet bills, or keep her on it. And I am not going to feed two different things especially since she is a poo eater so what they eat, she eats (yuck).
I noticed prices were going up. My local shop has always been $31.50 for a 2.2. I was enjoying buying it at $24.99 from several places so I bypassed them. If it costs me close to the same online or local after this hike, I will certainly support my local guys.
Thank goodness my chicks are small and there are just three. At least that helps!
Everyone keep an eye open for Groupon deals and share as you see them. Both Petflow and petfooddirect have had them recently and I snagged them.
Oh! Wag.com also had a code for 50% off one item. I should have gotten the 11 pound bag then. The code may still be good. Check retailmenot.com
Petfooddirect sends me 15% off coupons all the time. I had just not used them because they were already at the new price. Now 15% off will be a good deal!

Heather, maybe you can try the Real Meat brand? A 10 lb bag is under a $100.. IDK, I have never bought the actual food but it might be worth a try.

Meat in general has got extortionate here. I would assume that ziwi are passing the costs on and not being greedy. My food bill for abi and I has almost doubled. It's ridiculous I'll check the price out here
