It must be so heartbreaking finding out that your dog you bred ends up getting sold on or being in a puppy farmer situation. I hope the people that sold me my dogs are content with their new homes, I would want to almost stalk new owners if I bred and sold dogs! I would be terrible wanting to check the dogs are ok, I am such a worrier, I would freak out if I never heard from the new owners again.

Lotus breeder was in a situation like that she offered thousands for the dog back (it had been sold on) and they wouldn't give it back. I was gonna pretend to be a potential puppy buyer and steal the dog LOL

It must be a terrible worry for good breeders and it's amazing how many chihuahuas are passed on, rather than returned to their breeders for various reasons. It's usually to do with money, but not always.

this is just horrible those places need to be shut down for good. My first chihuahua came from a pet store since at the time we didn't know that you were not supposed to do that. When we got him we was so small and sick so we went to the pet store and asked the lady to help us out with the vet bills and she refused so we had her shut down and we later found out that she was selling sick puppies RIP Maxamillion 2004-2012
